    I suppose it's obvious but can you inspect everything seperately (cpu,vid, mem, cables,connections etc).
    Check the cpu skt itself.
    Something shorting somewhere.

    I'm "playing" with a v2.2 at the mo and my fsb capability has increased from around 205 with my v1.1 to 235 with bios adjusted Vdd up to 1.8v on this v2.2 (same 7,3,3,2.5 timings). I'm impressed....
