If you have your win7 install disk and boot it up, you could try the startup repair or system restore.... it might be something simple.
I've seen some threads that other people had problem with xmp memory with this board, only worked with 2 stick kit.

55 may be ram problem.Have you tried another stick or different slot?
Double check which power lead is going to the atx connector on the motherboard.

The a8ae-le is a socket 939 board, and your link is to socket am3 cpu which is not compatible.
I don't remember but the 4800 socket 939 might have been the top of the line.

You could try to boot up to the recovery console on the disk and from there delete hiberfil.sys as mentioned earlier, or attach your drive to another...

Is this a new motherboard in a previous chassis? Are you trying to get audio out of the front panel ?
Maybe you have a chassis front audio that is ac97 compliant and you have connected it to...

I would think it's more likely to be a bad ground through the wiring to your wall socket or perhaps beyond.
