    depends on what the motherboard manufacturer provides for a flash utility.

    usually you download a program from their website that will make a bootable floppy,

    boot to that floppy and follow...

    took it apart, finaly after removing the keyboard found the Cmos battery, pulled it for 10 min, got a Cmos checksum error on boot so I know I reset the Cmos,

    no change, I give up its toast.
