    aluminum, and then they go and get anodized :)

    depending on the plastic, it'd require a mold, and a mold costs TONS of money. and plastic that's machinable costs more than aluminum, lol :p

    i tried aligning the print heads, didn't help :(

    that happens automatically anyways when you install and reinstall cartridges. also, what do you think of the "estimated ink levels" ??
