    If you're starting Chrome from a shortcut (most likely are), inspect the command line in properties to see if this has been appended to the end of the command line. Very common issue.

    No, you shouldn't need to re-install. Look for the option in the BIOS for memory remap or memory hole.

    I don't know if 2008 r2 comes in a 32 bit version or not, but it's based on the same core as Win7.
