Re: Chaintech 24, a Place to hang your chips

I was curious if anyone here could email me the manual for the Chaintech VNF3-250 motherboard.
Also has anyone had any luck installing windows 7 with this motherboard?

    Thanks in advance.

Re: HD 3850 512MB AGP - For Sale in US

Re: HD 3850 512MB AGP - For Sale in US

I sent my HD 3850 AGP back to Newegg after using it a month.
ATi is not supporting this card and standing by it in their driver releases.
I'm not going to put up with this shit, Sapphire forums and...
  7. Re: What PCIe 16 graphics card is good for VERY light gaming?

I would get a 9600GT, if you look around they can be had for $130.

Re: HD 3850 512MB AGP - For Sale in US

Just wanted to pop in and say I'm pretty happy with my 3850 AGP... just wish ATi would support the card with their driver releases better.

Re: My VNF3-250 is still going strong!

Well with the card broke in and seen as stable I started off overclocking my 3850 AGP with ATi's auto-tune in CCC.
    This was very limiting...
The newest Rivatuner now supports my 3850 so dug in and...

I tested alot my games over the past 3days... the card has done very well in all them except Crysis.
Crysis was smooth but the fps was lower than I expected.

Re: Somethings wrong but idk what it is

Little late on this... but it does look like you need a new PSU.
I would get one that has 22amps on the 12v if you can.

The PC in my sig won't even post with a nice 420w PSU that has 18amps on...

Re: Does the VNF3 250 support Venice?

I would rather keep tighter timing, I'm tempted to try and divide it out so I can use 1T timing.

Thanks thou and I will get the newest version of A64 Tweaker.

Re: More random crashes and reboots

I don't know about religious, beliefs or any of that.. but no need to be smartass.

You want to use a PSU that has under 11.7v on the 12v rail then go ahead.
