I played Crysis 2 on med to high settings with a 4890 but at 1280x1024 settings on dual 19" monitors. Fps were good, nice and smooth. I was kinda surprised meself.

I agree with Yeah and as long as you backed up all your data sometimes it's easier just to do the new install and get it over with than spend alot of time and aggravation trying to fix. But you still...

yeah that 8800Ultra is a beast......I must say for its time it was awesome, Some folks still use em for playing fairly new games at moderate resolutions.
