Geforce3 Ti200 trouble

ok i just got my Gainward Geforce3 Ti200 and this thing kicks ass, however when i play Graphics extensive games like RTCW and MOHAA, like i was just playing, some weird happens,

the game seem to run just fine with insane FPS but there are white little pixel blotches popping up all over the place, its like watching a movie in the theater when those black blobs come up

this only happens when i run graphic intensive things like games does anyone know why it does this and how i can fix it?

sounds like a card pushed too hard or overheating.. when i killed my first gf 256, it started with seeing white spots..
