Anyone can suggest a good pci card to use together with my GF3 to get a dual monitor setup?

    PCI CARD

Try a GF2 MX400 32 or 64mb-I had a PCI one on my old P2 system and it ran great. Also, it supports twin view.

So I should go GF3 in agp and GF2 in pci. XP supports dual monitors with this configuration, right?

Since your primary card will be doing your 3d gaming, get a Radeon PCI and enjoy a crisp picture on that second monitor(along with better performance than an MX will give you).

Better image quality is what I need, yes.

Radeon > nVidia, but is Matrox > ATI?

Hey I'm looking for a good budget card too, but I need it to be PCI. It's for a 475mhz compaq with Win 98se set next to my home theatre to basically just run mp3s and DVDs out to my TV. However its gonna be networked to my other PC running 2000 server so I want a decent card for network gaming. SVid-out is important so I don't need a monitor in the front room, i can just use the TV, and to run DVDs out to it.

The POS compaq doesnt have an AGP slot so I need PCI. Been looking at a GF2 mx400. I'd like to spend less than $100 since its basically gonna just be a mp3/dvd player, and for the games I have that only work on Win98. I've been considering an All-In-Wonder for the TIVO-like features, recording etc, since it will be right by my home theatre.

Whats the best buy in PCI cards? Any suggestions where to buy it? Most places online don't seem to carry PCI vid cards.

weell, my mobo rox...no AGP slots, ONE!!! ONE!!!!!!!!! PCI slot that currently holds my voodoo 3 3000. i tried upgrading to a G2 MX 400 64mb, but it didn't work. dunno if it was my monitory, system, or what not, so i was disappointed. my brother mentioned to me that the Kyro II or III (dont remember which) 32mb for about $60 at Comp USA wasn't that bad of a deal, but comp is kind of a rip sometimes. thats just what i know.
