Hello!

For you who have seen my other thread regarding the crash in 3d applications, I've now solved the problem...

Anyways, I have a ASUS AGP-V7100 Pro GeForce2 MX-400 64MB video card, which I've recently bought. I have a problem that I can't run 3d applications, such as 3DMark2001, whilst AGP acceleration is activated in DXDiag. The result is that the computer locks up, either whilst in the game or in the initialization screen. Since I have an OEM computer (DELL), I haven't had so much control of my hardware... so I have now discovered that a 200W PSU supplies me (the 5V+3.3V combination is 140W). This is probably what's wrong! Or what do you say?

I have a Pentium II 400 MHz CPU.

The PSU is rather obvious the problem, so I'm heading for a new one. 300W seems enough - so I could use up all PCI ports even. Correct?

Is these arguments correct, would you say?

Thanks!
