    Socket A hole template.

You can find a diagram of the 4 socket A mounting holes at this ProCooling thread.

I've verified the diagram myself using a Mitutoyo digital caliper (accurate to 100th of a mm). The only note is that the diagram depicts distances between the CENTER of each hole. The holes are just under 5mm in diameter.

I found that Dan at Dansdata.com has lots of good relevant info, even if he's in Oz.

There's an excellent article about Pelts, for those afraid to take the plunge.

    Chemical incompatibility chart.

I found this handy chart on Google that shows incompatibilities between certain chemicals. This is very handy for those of us experimenting with different substances for cooling.

    Happy mixing!

    discussion about resevoirs vs T's

    http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=230432

Summary: No performance difference, some like res, some like T's. As long as the res doesn't leak, it's good. As long as the T works, it's good too

Here is an excellent resource for finding the chemical compatability of various substances :

    Re: new faq thread

I really like Crazy Chucksters modifying sticky, now my ide cables are in shreds! lol, time to go buy some colorful tape, just wanted to mention that on the newer cables I found it's very easy to just rip 'em apart, started w/a razor blade and was exposing the wires very easily. sorry if this is the wrong place to post that sticky's locked . couldn't even vote to give it a *****
