Is my Deskstar HDD going bad?

Recently my IBM Deskstar 60gxp 40gb HDD has been making some clicking noises and a few days ago when i turned it on it wouldnt recognize the drive(it recognizes it now.) But, drive fitness test shows nothing wrong with it....... Does it sound like its failing?

If you put tomfoolery into a computer, nothing comes out of it but tomfoolery. But this tomfoolery, having passed through a very expensive machine, is somehow enobled and no-one dares criticize it.

Unfortunately, that's just about the same behavior that mine displayed right before it puked. If you have anything important on that drive, I'd suggest moving it elsewhere.
