    Considering my 4200 can't match 4600 speed, you have 512 megs & are running Dual channel DDR you are hardly beating my score.

    i just did a compare to it nice job missing a few scores though

    what gpu are you using for the video test core/mem ?

    nm on the multiplier 13x190=2470
    but what speeda are you running the video at ?

    I don't run all the test in 3dmark, I've run it a thousand times and don't care to wait through all the tests, the first 4 tests will give you a score and thats what I'm after. I test stabilty with Folding@home or SETI

    My 4600 is clocked 325/725..

    well i updated to dx9 and 43.00 video drivers and can no longer run 3dmark2001 ??

    also the 3dmark03 - bites in scores not much better then my old system -wtf ?

    I just tried the 43.00 drivers at the same speed I ran the other bench and it kept freezing in the nature test and the FPS where way low..

    but why does 3dmark2001 not run after installing dx9 ?

    saw the comparison with your wife's rig and it said
    fbs=190
    drivers 42.86
    dx=dx9


    do i need to reinstall it ?

    i found nothing at madonion i even rolled back the drivers to 41.04

    and no luck ???

    Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall 3dmark??

    When I install XP on the 8RDA's I do it in this order:

    Partition/Format and install XP
    Update XP with SP1
    Install newest Unified Nvidia drivers for mobo ver. 2.03 but say NO to the SWE IDE drivers. Defrag the HD.
    install DX9
    Install det drivers for Vid card. Defrag the HD.
