    Anyone have an update on the Barton 2900+???
    I have one and can not fid anything on them!!!
    Here is the info I have using a link in this form

    Need help identifying AMD XP-3200 please.

    Have two side by side, and the one is for sure the Barton core, green/brown base, number in corner of CPU says "27493".


    But the other is dark green, and is assembled in the Philippines, which it says on the black sticker.

    It has the same model number as the Barton "AXDA3200KV4E", and the number in the corner of the CPU says "28103"

    Is this a authenthic CPU and what core is it?

    Philippines? never heard of an assembly plant there... but it is possible, your cpu seems legit to me.
