Hello all! I'm 28 yrs old and from San Francisco, CA. New to the folding thing but just trying to help humanity a little. Lived all my life in San Francisco but originally from Hawaii (moved when I was 1). I am currently an auto technician for GM specializing in onboard computer systems, GPS, and emission system performance. Got interested in computers when my Dad brought home a Pentium 75. Then reading sites like AMDMB, Anandtech, and [H]ardOCP showed me the light. I now have a watercooled AMD rig (see sig). I've been building AMD rigs as a hobby and oc'ing them for the last 8 years. On my free time I enjoy travel, biking, snowboarding, dancing, watching movies, and of course modding my computer.
Ugh... how'd I miss this one! I know I haven't posted much, but I'm visiting almost daily and keeping on eye on you guys! LOL!
Well, for those that don't really know me, here's some info about myself:
I'm 26 and currenlty live in the Chicago area again after a year-long stint in the Orlando, FL area. Man do I miss it already! Anyway, I'm a pilot with my Commercial rating and am currently in-between jobs (aka - unemployed). I have a BS in Finance from DePaul and looking to fly as much as I can to build enough time to get a job at an airline!
I've been with the Froggies since Genome started up and I guess I'll go ahead and give DF a try with my whopping 1.4g T-Bird....

hey all...
My name is Dustin and am a former Marine Band member turned coast guard. I work for a special unit within the coast guard that does hazmat/oil spill/wmd/radiological/bio emergengency responses. (Think 9/11 and anthrax at the senate building in DC) Its an interesting job and im definatly enjoying my time in the coast guard.
As far as my computer experience...my first comp was a 386..then to a pentium 100...then amd athlon 750..then amd athlon xp 1800+, then amd athlon 2500+, and now finally my current amd rig(the pentium in the sig is a friends im borrowing..and happily lending to DF :-) ) Spet alot of time gaming with friends in 5-10 person network setups and online gaming. Thats when I got really hooked. I build computers for friends and help with there computer problems. In fact..i just gave a friend of mine a decent deal on computer parts...xp 2500+ w/ficau13 w/ 512 ddr 433 memory for $100. I know...could have donated it to our cause..but it was sold before i knew about this..But it did get him from a pIII 750 setup..and he is quite happy...
hey there, I am new this and would like some help to help.
