I experimented with different ram timing at fsb above 220. This is off an a7n8x dlx rev2 with 2x256 twinx 3200ll. Anything above 220 wasn't prime95 stable. I'm working on it though. All this was with cpu interface set at aggressive.

I know this is with a P4, but here goes:

DFI LANParty 875 Pro w P42.4CGHz and two Buffalo DD4333-512/SD (Samsung) in Dual DDR mode

    Default: 200MHz
3-3-3-8 (same on all trials) 4386/4408

    210 4618/4879

    220 4881/4879

    230 5073/5097

    235 too unstable to boot

    235 raised RAM to 2.7V and +100mV for P4
    5226/5173
    passes memtest

Same setup but with two DD4333-512MB (Micron based)
    Default mode - 200MHz
    4500/4497

    235MHz 5336/5249
RAM at 2.7V and CPU +200mV

    240MHz 5513/5456
RAM at 2.7V and CPU +250mV

The type of memory will make little difference, only the speed really matters. Total diff with DDR RAM between fastest and slowest settings is only about 7-10%.

And stop spamming this thread people - benches only, no questions, no comments.
