    I gotta a 36 page manual and a little ~6 page quick-setup guide. Nothing detailed, basic install instuctions.

    Dang, I had no manual in mine,,,what kind of speakers are you using Erik? Do you get "pops and clicks" on system startup and shutdown? Some other folks have complained about that?,,,mag

    Yes mine came with a manual and that card supports 7.1, you have a rear channel output, you should not need to use a Y adapter.

    maggnum - Strange that you didn't get the manual - the box should have included a User Guide (36 pages) and the Quick Start Guide (4 pages.) The manual/User Guide is posted on the M-Audio site in pdf format, though, so you can print it out if you wish:

    M-Audio did send me a manual and registration card quickly after some emails. Awaiting Fuzzy's review/comments on the 7.1 card.

    Well I just shoved a big dose of Unreal tournament down my new M-Audio Revolutions throat. Aside from having to manually change from music surround to gaming it worked very well.
