    Pc to PC file sharing

    anyone know how I can transfer files from pc to pc without using an internet connection?

    Agreed; if it's only 2 computers network them together with a crossover cable.

    That doesn't require you to have an Internet connection - just a NIC (network card) in each computer and a crossover cable.

    If you don't want to do that, and want to be cheap - you can set up a serial or parallel port connection if the two computers are physically close enough. Firewire too, if both machines have it.

    But I'd use 2 nic's and a crossover cable. Easy, cheap and very fast
