    Post your Barton overclocks!!!

Since the Barton has been out for a couple of months now and quite a few people here have purchased one I thought it would be good to see how everyone's overclocking experience has been so far. If anything this will help those who are thinking about buying one get an idea of what to expect or at least for those who have one already how theirs compares to others.

List your CPU, it's stepping and production week, your board and cooling solution along with highest OC w/settings as well as your 24/7 run speed w/setting.

    My Stats:

    2500+ AQUCA 0307
    KT3 Ultra2-RU
    SLK800-Vantec Tornato 80mm combo

    Highest OC:
12.5x194fsb 2.42ghz @ 1.75v (not sure how the heck I pulled that off with my setup, I was buzzing on IceHouse beer that night and haven't been able to do it since but I did get a print screen of it so I know I wasn't tripping)

    24/7 OC:
    12.5x187fsb 2.33ghz @1.75v Stable

    So what's yours?

I'm new to overclocking but have had minor sucess.
    My set up
    enermax350 watt
    a7n8x deluxe
    xp2500
    xms3000 2 x 256
    pny ti4200
    2 maxtor 60 gig ultra 133
    thermaltake 9+ coolmod

best yet was 202 fsb and 12 x multiplier
    @ 1.75 volts with mem timings at 5-2-2 2T
ran it at this for about an hour temps got up to 47c on cpu
I need a better power supply before I go higher could hear it straining a bit, and plan on getting 2 512's of xms3500 within the next month. which should also help.

I'm running my 2500+ at 12.5 * 183 right now and it's itching to go higher. My temps haven't even broken the 40s yet on an "old" SK-6 with a Delta on it.

It's an AQUCA ... I need to peep at the procesor again to get the rest.

I'm planning on getting new RAM as well since it's probably what's gonna hold it back later. Right now, I relaxed my timings to 2.5 3*6*3.

I got mine literally the day they came out, so mine needs plenty of voltage to start going strong. If I got a more recent stepping, I'd probably do better:

25000 (don't know stepping, at work now)
    10.5x225 =2362mhz
    @1.95V

Tried getting this thing to kick over at 2400mhz, but it would not even do it at 2.1V. Temps not an issue at all, my water temp is around 10C and the 8RDA is never showing higher than 26-27C for cpu temp.
Please remain calm.....I may be mad, but I am a professional ~ Mad Scientist

This is my 24/7 overclock setting. I don't even bother with settings that aren't 100% stable.

    My 24/7 oc

After a lot of testing, I've finally settled on a good 24/7 oc for my system:

    PCMark 2002: CPU 6765/Mem 5065/HDD 1134
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm=1228523

    3DMark 2001SE: 14815 (yeah, yeah, I'll break 15k tomorrow...I'm sleepy)
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=6316446

    3DMark 2003 : 4883
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=589456

Please note that I slightly overclocked the 9700 to (core345/mem325). I could OC the card a little more but I'm not going for a killer overclock...just playing around seeing what the system can do.

    ---

Stock scores (11*166): (no 9700 oc)

    PCMark 2002: CPU 5524/Mem 4600/HDD 1129
    3DMark 2001 SE: 13238
    3DMark 2003: 4550

for the sake of reference, just ocing the Barton at 12.5 * 166 netted: (no 9700 oc)

    PCMark 2002: CPU 6237/Mem 4737/HDD 1145
    3DMark 2001 SE: 13866

    Not Good Overclockers?

So, these aren't very good overclockers? Is that the general concensus, or is everybody happy?

I'm curious 'cause I see lots of high vcores and ghzs in line with 1700+s.
