I'm still exploring everything with the XBox possibilities.

Last night when I quit, I put 105 cd's on the MCE and it took 4.3 gigs, just enough to copy to a dvd for back-up.
I think it's more of a fact that they're not really familiar with this set-up themselves and no one has brought it up yet. I've got an Xbox, but I've not done anything like this - just messed about with some failed examples of XBMC. Something official like MCE, though, that anybody can get should probably have at least a mention - seems a lot more user friendly than trying to make a homebrew PVR/HTPC. It'd be nice to have a mention of it's true capabilities.

Whoops, didn't see that you had posted a thread there - I've made a note in the sticky though. Would be nice to hear all about the details.

I realized last night that I never posted anything about prom here, which was thursday. Well I'm just glad I didn't screw anything up. One of my friends was driving me insane the whole day about not making a move on my "date," which kinda pissed me off. I ended up not doing anything becasue I realized she's simply too crazy for me. It was a good night though. Some good food, learned to dance a little, and then there was fun at the celebration at the shcool afterwards. They even had sumo wrestling suits and a few other activities like that. There was also supposed to be a 5am breakfast at the beach but we didnt go. We passed out once we got back to my friend's house.
Some pics my friend took there
I am the one with the blue bowtie and my date is the one in the green/blue dress with the short dark hair.

Hey Jim I thought you have VNC running on your home PC? Install steam and start the downloads now. Got plenty of time.

    Re: The Swamp

Well got my Leadtek 6800GT back from RMA yesterday, plug that puppy in and fire it up, and the damn replacement is doing the exact same thing my other one did, artifacts at boot, crazy characters at the bios screen, just utter non-sense. Good thing I got the niller 6600 to fall back on, I keep wanting to believe it's a motherboard thing or driver thing, but when the 6600 displays no problems what-so-ever it kinda rules everything else out. Power supply more than sufficient at 580 watts, all rails are good, I can't believe they sent me a replacement that is doing the exact same thing. now another month for them to respond for RMA, I've got an RMA thru newegg, but they show out of stock, and thats not a good thing, when I bought mine I paid 339 for it the price is now 284, so they will only refund current market value, not what I paid, quite a racket you would think, I mean I lose 55.00 dollars and have to replace the card with something else.

Maybe they sent you back the same card? You hear about companies doing that. I'd try the sharpie trick if you're going to RMA it again.
