Jim, I know exactly what ya mean about one right after another. We'll hope for the best for your father-in-law and keep him in our thoughts and prayers this weekend.
Join us this evening as we celebrate The Wise One's graduation. Imagine working full time, going to school five nights a week, trying to be an excellent husband and father, and being such an active member of Amdmb -- it won't take you long to figure out why his graduation is such a big event for him!
The party starts at 9:00 PM Eastern in the MSI Bar, and will wander through every Amdmb Forum by night's end. Join us as we celebrate with Wise!

He had lung cancer about 8-9 years ago and had 1 lung removed. Then he had a relapse and more lung cancer about 5 years ago. He had been in remission for 4 years when they found some lumps in his shoulder last summer. He's been getting chemo on and off ever since. Well, at least they've got it all. Hopefully it lasts this time, each time he goes through chemo it gets progressively more difficult for him.
But the current prognosis is good. It turns out he has pnuemonia which is partly why the chemo has taken it out of him so much, but he's already feeling better after just 24 hours in hospital. HE should be out by middle of next week (maybe even as soon as Monday).
hmmmm... party for Joe tonight eh? Wonder what mrs j1mb0b would say if I told her I want to hang out at a virtual party LOL
Oh, and let's not discuss age shall we? Some of us are very sensitive about our age
