    What is this cable called????

What is the cable called that is plugged into the motherboard end of that serial card. It looks like a skinny 40 wire IDE cable. I need to buy a longer one for an infrred port on my motherboard. Do thry have an official name because I cant seem to find them anywhere. The one I need has 14 pins.
