Hi,

I am having considerable stability problems with my new PC. After some browsing on the Internet I concluded that I am not the only one suffering problems with the combination A7V and a GeForce2 (V7700).
I have updated the A7V BIOS to 1005c, and all drivers (VIA 4in1, VIA AGP, Promise ATA100), but the problems still occur (maybe less often...).

I read the following solution:
Set AGP Driving Control to MANUAL, and AGP Driving Value to E7 for KT133 mobo's.

Unfortunately the A7V BIOS shows two entries:
AGP drive strength P Ctrl
AGP drive strength N Ctrl
For each a 1-digit hex-number can be entered.

I suspect that these are two nibbles that form the E7 byte. Is this correct? And if so which one should contain the E and 7? Can something be broken if it is set to a wrong number?

Thanks.
Aad
