I need laptop motherboard pieces parts. I need the CPU mounting base. Where?

I have a HP laptop motherboard. It has the PIII CPU screw twisty lock thingy mechanism. The screw and slider seems to have fallen off and floated out into cyber space. In three years, the customer says he has never heard anything rattling around and there is no way for it to fall out OUT of the laptop (completely sealed unit). So, I need a donator board or a place that sells the CPU mounting pad with that kind of locking mechanism.

Any geniuses here know where I can find a distributor for that?

Well..this is about the strangest request I've seen today. While I don't know precisely, I would:

    1) Look at the manufacturer of the board and try calling them.

    2) Give HP a call as they have a slight chance of helping.

I'm looking around...but I'm not coming up with much.
