My Enermax 365Watt's Rear Exaust fan Died today I dont know why I took a look at it to find it not turning.

What can I do I go it in november of 2001 Is it still under warranty. Can anything be damaged without the rear exaust fan. ?

If anything, call Enermax's tech support. Yes, the power supply itself can easily overheat without that exhaust fan.

most of the time if wont do permanet damage. Iv seen a codegen 250w (crappiest PS ever) fan die and it got so hot the hot glue melted off the caps, it made the computer unstable but a new fan fixed it. I've seen a lot of computer run fine (besides the power supply being WAY to hot) with a dead fan. I worked on one that had been running for a long time with a dead power supply fan and i changed it without even shutting the computer down (not recommended )

I would not run it until the fan is fixed, I wouldn't bother RMAing a power supply thats that old, id just get a new fan for it.

Is it hard to change the fan. ? Do you think Enermax could possibly send me a new unit. ?

Well, since it's a dual fan PSU, that changes things somewhat. It is not as critical an issue as the second fan is doing the job of keeping the air moving through the PSU. Personally, I would still replace the fan with another just in case the second dies.
