    Which is faster?

    What is faster:

2 PC3200 256meg Buffalo WB on an Abit NV7 rev 2.0 running Dual Channel?

2 PC3200 512meg Buffalo WB on an Abit NV7 rev 2.0 running Dual Channel?

2 PC3700 256meg Buffalo WB on an Abit NV7 rev 2.0 running Dual Channel?

2 PC3700 512meg Buffalo WB on an Abit NV7 rev 2.0 running Dual Channel?

I was hoping to get a gig of ram, but if it will hurt my performance off the Dual channel then i'm not quite sure if i should just go with 2 256 megs at PC3200. And Yes I am willing to buy 2 PC3700 512 megs

1gb of RAM I believe is more important than how much it will overclock. If you loose a couple Mhz, so what, that 1gig of RAM will make the difference in consistent performance.

You can pretty much choose whatever you like. I will recommend Corsair, Crucial, and Twinmos.

Well I will have a NF7 v2.0 motherboard, and are supposed to be really good with buffalo and twinsmos. I am not sure if i should get a Buffalo PC3200 512 or PC3700 512 with my Barton 2500+ which I plan at running at like Barton 3000+.
