I had a 99 Hundai and it was a piece of S*&T. Ask JW about it. I had to take it to the shop more times then I can count. But I probably had a lemon.

good,sometimes when ya get shocked at a young age it persists till one matures and can deal with it.
as for hyundais,try the santafe,maybe you can get a good deal on a used one.bit safer and fuel economy aint bad.or the kia minivan,lotsa van fer cheep..don't like their cars besides that one and the sportage(fun as hell to drive,once uve tasted merzedes,bm's,and so on ).

no minivans. i hate them. always have. i looked at the santafe. nice. a bit out of my price range though. just waiting to hear from the insurance guy. hopefully monday.

i love my hyundai. elentra. 2000. bought it new. very reliable. would definately buy a new one. ive had the car 6 years. didnt have to get the brakes done on it until just last year. and even then i just needed pads.

my mom has had 2 hyundai's, no complaints but hers are the most recent, what a 2001 and now a 2005, kais was the older model, and yes it was a pos, thats why they totally redesigned it from the ground up in 01

talked with the insurance guy today. they are going to total it. looks like there was more damage than i could see. looks like damage to the frame as well as the radiator and radiator core in addition to the body damage.

they are valuing it at 4375.00. i owe 1061.35. the rest goes to a down payment.
