Something going on with my dedicated folder I thought my points were a bit shy, turns out i've been missing 5-6k ppd because of some error with the GPU client. Only discovered it this morning while I was already late for work, so I haven't been able to look at it too closely, but some error had popped up saying missing "CUDAsomethinsomething.dll" Restarted but had to leave before I could check up on it again. there goes my 60 straight days of uptime

I thought I had it fixed with the switch the FAHtracker V2 (see the thread over in our forum), but I checked my stats a little while ago and it looks like its been EUE's like crazy. I dont know what the problem is, but I hope its not a hardware issue. Took off the -advmethods switch to see if that helps

With more systems down than up and parts changing (what's new!! ) haven't been involved with any serious folding for a while.

In the process of introducing myself with the GTX 470 and F@H's GPU3 (using it to "test" the GPU). SO something I don't understand or just may be totally weird............. I start a client (1246 pts or something like that) and it gives me 12K+ PPD after a while or after downloading another client I can come back and it is like 850+PPD!!! If I restart the system and the client BOOM back at 12K and then it slides down hill again.

What am I missing or what have I not done???

That would be ForceWare 260.99 according to GPUz.....whatever the latest is as I updated it this week.

I'd try rolling back a set or two...See if the performance returns

ugggggh, the problems continue with my dedicated rig. For some reason the GPU client won't engage the core. It just downloads it, tries to engage and then nothing... it dies and re-downloads the core like its not even there. Its been doing this for 48 hours straight!

I'm using fahtracker V2. I've re-downloaded multiple times, swapped exe's, deleted WU's. I switched from GPU3 to GPU2 and got Unstable Machine errors. Re-installed video drivers, same thing. The cores just don't engage. the GPU never leaves low-power mode. I don't get it, its just been a continuous stream of errors

This GPU3 core keeps "throttling" the GPU (no mmettin haven't back dated the drivers yet! ) rangeing from 12460ppd down to 899 ppd. A few minutes ago it was back up to 12460!?!
