Hey guys, I finally updated the Tutorials, I applied for hosting, so hopefully I can get more.

Also, I will link all the tutorials in the first post.

1. First, make a new image, any size works well, I chose 250x250 for this tutorial.

2. Next change the Background to White.

3. Go to Filter > Texture > Grain, and use these settings:

Intensity:100
Contrast:100
Grain type:Vertical

6. Go to Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow, and use these settings:

Glow Size:5
Glow Brightness:20
Glow Color: Pick a light green color, I chose 09F91A (the hex code)

7. Go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges, and use these settings:

Edge Width:1
Edge Brightness:7
Smoothness:1

Change the color by hitting Ctrl+B, And your done!

Ohh, that is just image hosting, I was looking for an acuall host, because i'm going to make a website, I could host the tutorials on it's own.

i always get this question from people with slow computers. how do you make photoshop load faster? the problem is that adobe keeps adding useful filters to photoshop but never gave the user a tool to manage them. when photoshop starts it checks all the filters. some people delete unused filters but when they need it again they have to do a custom install of those filters from the installation disk.

an easy way to disable filters is to type a tilde '~' in front of the folder name that contains a particular filter. they are usually stored in the plug-ins folder. any folder that begins with this character will be ignored by photoshop at start up. this feature has been there since version 3. hope this helps someone.
