if you do not have to get it "right now" wait till they make more buffalo pc 3700 with winbound modules. guranteed pretty much to get that fsb with this ram if your parts can take it. the only reason they seem nonexistant is because everyone is out of stock and they have to make more chips.

i can find buffalo 3700 micron chips, are those any good? i might just get that... if winbonds arent around by christmas... shouldnt matter right? stock is faster than the 225Mhz i want so it shouldnt matter.

now i want to be SURE it is compatible with my Epox 8RDA+ rev. 1.1, C1 (not going though another "Geil Era" again).

no, dont get buffalo with micron chips, I would stick with corsair/mushkin/ocz on newegg. Fyi, Kreton is very good ram for very very cheap. u sure u don't want corsair? my xms pro non LL 2x512 maxes out at 243 fsb, no memtest errors at 235, and I run 11x230 everyday ( my cpu is limiting me due to heat).

that one good? how about their 3200 version? is that OCable? Corsair and Mushkin are scary i dont mind the timings much.. (im already at 2.5-4-4-11, used to be 3, wouldnt it be lovely just to keep the settings?)

You might want to stay away from CAS3 rated ram.

Their OCZ's EL PC3200 are good though..very OCable.

wheres Buffalo? i remember switching to that a few months ago (on what ram to get) because the corsair reviews on newegg had like 1/3rd of them saying they woulnt work at stock speed.
