Possible Troll?

Well, I think I have been trolled.... Anyone have information to prove otherwise for me? His name here is klamen. I paid him for a book, $16. He claimed to have shipped it, but then got it returned to him by Fed Ex... I have had stuff delivered here both before and after that, from FedEx, so I am sure this was a fudge.... This all too place about the first two-3 weeks of October. The guy has 300+ heat feedbacks, a vast majority is great.... Can someone tell me I am doing the wrong thing here, so I can edit this post and at least get an email answer from this guy? He has not answered an email for weeks. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH HIM, IF I WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY AGAIN.........

I have dealt w/ him before on a couple of things never a problem. I heard about a big flap not to long ago about him check out his heatware for more info on that. ask him for a tracking number on the returned item and tell him to remail it if you get a hold of him do you have any of his contact info?. what email address are you using? jeff@klamen.com?

Yep, thats the email. he hasn't responded to me in 3 weeks.... And I saw the latest Heat about him also..... This guy is a TROLL....

that guy is on a few forums "do not trade" lists, for this exact reason. many have fell victim to his great heatware and lame tactics. i think there's a long thread over at www.hardforum.com, as well as maybe anandtech? either way, many have had terrible experiences with him.

if i'm not mistaken hasnt hid Daughter been real sick for like the last 3-4 months...He has been trying to raise as much$$$ as possible for her treatment..Thats what i remember...correct me if I'm wrong.????

klamen's positive record certainly far outshines his negs..that being said..

a) he has a # of negs that have not been resolved to the others satisfaction..some would say..any unexplained negs..is not good enough and where there's smoke, there's fire.

b) i haven't seen hide nor hair of him since the last firestorm, so i don't know what's up with his deals or with him.

I am not sure about this info, but even so, I haven't so much as gotten a response from him from maybe 3 emails, in the last three-four weeks......That's just not right.....

Tenax, What would you do? It's not enough money to get too upset over, but then, if he took a number of people it could add up..... Either way, any amount is just not right to go south on a deal like that..... I think I am going tosend him a letter asking him to put the funds back in my Paypal account, which is how I paid him.... I asked for that once, but did not get a response.

i would ask tigsman to say goodbye to him..and so he has...i think it's for the best for everyone.

I suppose he could just be getting careless, or something came up..
who knows. sounds like you guys made the right choice though.

i read that the daughter thing was a scam... he was just conning people.
