PM me your name and shipping address. Pls also xref your screen name so we know who is who.

I neglected to mention: C4 should be tested with Optical Mice; Wheel are OK too but primary testing is with Optical Mice. Strongly recommend covering mouse feet with Teflon Discs or tape. These will ship with Beta Test pack.

C4 has an adhesive backing with a peel-off liner. Beta Testing sample size is 9 x 7.5" and can be applied to existing pads (EXCEPT FABRIC), desktops, cardboard, metal, etc. Special Professional Gamer size is available in 16" x 16".

    I'll test it out!

I've been gaming on the PC for about 6+ years now. Started off with Rainbow Six then got hooked with HL (TFC and Counter Strike Mods). I clanned competitivly in TFC for 3yrs and now I just play CS. I've tried many other games but I mostly play CS now.

I will help test also. I have numerous experiences with MANY mice (Microsoft Explorer, Inteli, Logitech MX500-700, etc..) and mousepads (Everglide, Ratpad, etc..). I go to LAN parties frequently and also game daily (CS, BF1942, etc..).

    Just LMK.

    I'm interested. I play America's Army, gamer for 6+ years. I play 8-10 hours a week.

But did you check with the admins here, as I'm not sure whether or not this is allowed.

I would gladly love to test this mouse pad out. My very first (3D) game was Wolfenstien 3D, before there was a mouse to be used in 3D games. I was still using just a keyboard throughout Doom 2/Ultimate Doom. (Skip a few years of not having a decent computer, but playing single player Hexen on the Nintendo 64...) I fell in love with Half-Life and the original Counter-Strike beta about five years ago now. Since then I have been playing Counter-Strike, Unreal Tournament 2003, Quake 3, waiting on UT2004. Not really a BF1942 fan. One of my current side obessions is FFXI.

I like super precise mousing. I custom built my desk, sanded and varnished the top super smooth, etc. My total mousing area, the area the optical part travels, is only 2.5" high by 3" high where as the area I use the body mouse in only a little larger. I like to be able to spin and frag someone just be flicking my wrist! Going to be replacing my mouse next week. This one served me well for four years, but its developed a jitter syndrome.

EDIT: Logitech Optical Wheel Mouse. The first Logitech optical to come out.

sent you a PM, I don't see why this wouldn't be allowed. They're giving them away for free...

if these were being offered for sale to members, it would definitely violate our pimping rules, given it appears they are being distributed for free, i don't at this point see an issue with this. it's also subject to tigsman, one of our admins thoughts. i'll make sure he is aware of this and it's his call.

The idea here is to test out a New mousepad product. Everything is free. We value the feedback here at AMD Forums. We did this same Beta Testing on another Forum and we learned many lessons which we incorporated into the product. This is a new product for my Company and we want to be successful with it. Success means matching the consumers needs with the product characteristics. What better way to improve product than to go right to the source.

If there's any issues on this forum, pls advise and we will withdraw the feedback process. THANKS.

    C4 Beta Test

Hi. It's 12: 41 am CSt. I'm logging out now. We already have approx 10 Testers. By the morning, we may have more than the required number of Testers. If you volunteer after the cut-off, please do not be offended. Our budget only allows for so many free Test products.

    I'll check-in in the morning.

Thanks again for all the interest. Sher
