help me setup my memory timings

OK here are my memory options in my bios

    Tcl: 2, 2.5, 3
    Tras: 5 - 15
    Trcd: 2 - 6
    Trp: 2-6

If you note in my sig you'll see the memory timings according to OCZ. Obviously the bios options are not in the same order.

So how would 2-2-3-6 match up to the above options?

Tcl is CAS Latency. You want this as low as possible, 2.0 being ideal.

Trp is the Row Precharge. Again, lower is better, 2 being ideal.

Trcd is the RAS to CAS Delay. One more time, lower is better, 2 being ideal.

Tras (this one I don't remember, something like Row Access strobe). This has to do with shutting down the memory cycle. Basicly, you want it to be at least CAS + TRCD +2. So, if you have CAS set to 2 and TRCD set to 2, then your Tras should be at least 6. Too low of a value will basicly shut the memory cycle before it's done, truncating the data and possibly cause corruption. However, if that Leadtek mobo in your sig is like nForce2 boards, you may want to increase your Tras to a higher number (see the sticky at the top of the forum).

As far as the 2-2-3-6 timings on that OCZ, the Cas is 2 and the Tras is 6. I'm not sure about the other two...
