Now, when you click on that link, just read the article... and using only the information in the article (not the site itself, or the town names) you will discover why it could not possibly be happening in the United States!

Talk about denial. Open an encyclopedia...find the word...and youll find this poster boy. The District Atty.
So its the jury's fault. This guy builds what Id classify as a hypothetical case against Blake. Its a case that attempts to explain what must have happened if we assume Blake is guilty. The jury doesnt share his "vision" so they must somehow be deficient. Not the case. Not his poor delivery. Not his lack of observable fact. The jury is at fault.
    Boo Hoo.
Why dont you hit the books Mr. DA. Start with Rules of Evidence.

A hint for the DA: The facts of the case and how they are presented must lead jurors to a guilty conviction...not the other way around.

    yeah go figure....

I remember when a good friend of mine opened a can of beer and took a swig, something touched his lip, he then pulled out an entire rubber glove. Not even in the same ballpark as the finger but still....

So, what DOES happen if the guy using the Avalanche Control Howitzer sneezes at exactly the wrong moment?

I'll give you a hint... it rhymes with "Oh Shit"

Now, you all should know how I'm not a really big supporter of our out of control tort law... but THIS one I'll say has a moral reason for a lawsuit 'nStuff.

Oh, I suppose you could use a blanket accusation like that! I would prefer to say that I am against unreasonable lawsuits, and this one fits my definition of reasonable. Hurt yourself using a product by using it inappropriately? Don't expect sympathy from me, or support for your lawsuit against the manufacturer. Have the D.O.T. drop a Howitzer on your kid? I'm in your corner. If you wanna call that shoe hypocracy, I'll wear it 'nStuff!

AFP again... see if you get the same result I did. This is a cute photo of two dogs in Britain:

    AFP Oddly Enough Photo

Now, look at the "Related Story" link to the upper right of the Photo.

Just in case it changes, here's a screen grab of what I saw.

Now, just what kind of connection does AFP or Yahoo see in these?!?

    On a much lighter note...

I'll grant you that this is a baseball themed video, but for all of us rootin' for our favorite teams in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tourney, please remember that your posts are forever.

And there may be consequences 'nStuff...
