The entire corn/ethanol deal has become a far more serious problem than I ever imagined.
Weve created a monster. Basically made corn valuable by an increased demand
that cannot be satisfied by "normal" supply. What a freaking mess that is now spilling over to everything
associated.
Any "no grow" farm subsidies should be the first to get the axe.

This is getting comical.. after years of the MSM doing the "beat the drum slowly" bit on the "damage" GWB has done to our reputation in the "world". And all the Dimorat candidates pimping how they are going to "repair" said relations.. major European countries are electing pro-US leaders. First France.. now Italy.. I agree. I just dont get this movement that demands "they" [whomever they is] solve basic stuff.
Its getting more and more obvious that a large part
of the population has long forgotten any sense of self sufficiency/responsibility.
