US Trade across the world is divided into two categories:
ITAR for defense related products and
EAR for commercial.
Our trade with China is only commercial and China is one of the 5 countries that are strictly prohibitted under ITAR rules.
The only way the Chinese could slip something into our aircraft is if a contractor illegally outsourced the component or it was introduced by espionage. Because we still fabricate our own chips and a forgery is as easy to spot to the trained eye as a 3 dollar bill- I doubt it. That a contractor would risk severe punishment + penalties including imprisonment- I doubt that too.
So basically- I'm with SteveW on this- I don't think so

"We say in our platform that we believe that the right to coin money and issue money is a function of government....
Those who are opposed to this proposition tell us that the issue of paper money is a function of the bank and that the government ought to go out of the banking business. I stand with Jefferson rather than with them, and tell them, as he did, that the issue of money is a function of the government and that the banks should go out of the governing business."
