...seriously? This annoys me almost as much as YET ANOTHER story about the celebrity that's been photo-shopped and therefore will cause armageddon and destroy the universe as we know it.
Where are the young left-handed gay Laotian-Americans? Why aren't they represented?

No Comment. The world we have created with all the Gubberment Rules. Rather than the idiots assisting and finding a solution, they threaten with legal action.....

Nikes for idiots. Over $300! You would have to be a fool, not just to pay that much but to wear shoes that scream, "mug me and steal my shoes".
Ive never understood the niche subculture that buys Nike and scrambles to get them right off. And further, reading about the silly security concerns about them when they go on sale just baffles me. Over a pair of sneakers? $300? Are these folks nuts? I can half understand getting all excited over some new tech product...new phones or Ipads but not shoes.
New tech. Reminds me of Apple as we see they passed yet another threshold yesterday in Market Cap. 620 Billion or something close.
Whats interesting and explains why more investors are dumping junk like Facebook for Apple and maybe Google. Look at the graph here and switch to 5 year view. How do you beat that return? You dont.

333% increase.
Now here is an example of the sort of thing that makes me nuts. Lets face it..most of us are fiscal conservatives when we are able to isolate one sort of spending from some blurred macro enviroment.
Here we go with this new Consumer Protection arm of government.
Do we need this to begin with? Is there something wrong with what states provide? Even if we can justify its very existance by thinking ...some stuff is better dealt with nationally...why do we need all the associated "junk" spending? Why arent we told upfront? Are these costs a surprise?

into a contract that allows it to spend about$465,000 this year for sign language translation services.
The CFPB said the sign language services allow the agency to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, assist its deaf employees and provide sign language translation for people who need it at internal and external meetings, presentations and other work-related activities. The agency said it has only used $54,000 of the awarded amount to date and that the interpreting company will return any unused funds to the consumer bureau at the end of the year.
