Why is usps so friggn slow

Hey I ordered a heatsink from bestbyte on like thursday or friday and they shipped it on the 15. They also gave me a tracking number, The tracking hasnt been updated since 4:30 pm on the 15. I also ordered some memory and chose the slowest fedex delivery method, I think I ordered it monday, and It came today. I figured USPS was going to be slower but Why the hell does it say my package Is still sitting in texas for the 4th day. Anybody else have problems with their tracking.

It only says where it is until it goes to another "waypoint". If it left TX, it could be anywhere by now, but unless it was brought to a "waypoint" it's not going to show up.

yah but 4 days in texas that is rediculous.
Ive never seen a package sit in the same place for 4 days and I know it is still there because it never said it left there. It will always say arrived hear, and then left hear. only says it arrived, never left.

Even if your right. In all my years it has never taken 4 days to get from one place to another. Ive seen ground coming from arizona that was quicker to get to another place. btw im in michigan

If it was sent Parcel Post delivery may be slower than other faster services such as Priority Mail. I ordered a heatsink from 1coolpc a couple of days ago. I got emailed and and they told me shipping would be free parcel post, but, if I wanted to upgrade to faster shipping I could pay the difference. So, I upgraded to Priority Mail. It only cost me a couple of bucks more. They appear to use actual shipping costs there. I did appreciate them emailing me and giving me the option.

It is Bestbyte, not the USPS. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some stuff from Bestbyte and Sidewinder on the same day and both orders were sent the same way (priority mail) The Sidewinder order got here about 4 days sooner. It is not still in TX though. Mine showed that it was sitting in Portland when it was already delivered. At least their shipping is cheap.

ahh I hate Snail mail, Why cant they invent hardware emailing or something. That would be cool. Send it instantly. I guess Ill just go clean my processor or watch paint dry in the mean time.

    Misleading Post!
I though you folks were talking about the USP gun...
It can be fired pretty quickly unlike a freaking .45 magnum Desert Eagle.
    Well, so much for that...

Guess we won't have a concealable weapon discussion here.

Now Im boiling over. Finally they update it. But not like fedex where when anything happens they tell you. IT is like this. Arrived at fedex facility, meaning the company I bought it from sent it out. Then next one says Delivered to my house. Funny thing is Its nowhere to be found. Oh im going to bitch them out tommorow when I call to find out where my friggen package is.
