A7N8X v2.0 + 3C920B-EMB = Low Efficiency S2K Bus Disconnect

There is some time I was noticing the inefficiency of S2K Bus Disconnect function (same when enabled) in A7N8X v2.0 Deluxe, then I solved to do an investigation to try to discover what could be causing this problem. I noticed that the CPU temperature was static every instant and it didn't decrease when in "idle" mode:







As I always used 3Com 3C920B-EMB Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (driver 4.31.0.0), I did not suspect that he impeded the complete Bus Disconnect. However it was not only this, I also discovered that the Offset 6F (default 9F) it presents a better efficiency when adjusted in 1F:

I updated the current reading of the CPU temps:

the same prob occurs, when i plug in any usb2.0 device.
tried it with an epson 1670 photo usb2.0 scanner, with a 6 in 1 card reader and an external usb2.0 harddrive.

when connected, diode temp rises to 52°C, after disconnecting temp falls to 38 - 39°C.

offset 6F is default at 9F.

Try change offset 6F to 1F and install Hotfix KB KB822603.
