Buffalo Tech with Winbond chips are Buffalo part numbers DD4002-256 & DD4002-512, they use Ch5 chips........Buffalo no longer uses BH5 chips.

Go to buffalo's site as well as newegg. They do have other memory chips such as samsung on the DDR400 but the part number will tell you which one.

    For CH-5 you want
    Model# DD4002

We have the DD4002 (CH-5) series as golfer said.
    We also have
    DD4333 (PC3200, 3-3-3-8), which comes in 256MB, 512MB, and soon 1GB
To determine which chip is used, look at the letters after the slash

    /SD = Samsung, rev D
    /SE = Samsung, rev E
    /MC = Micron, rev C
    /IB = Infineon, rev B
First letter is manufacturer, second is revision of die
You won't find Hynix on our DD4333

We also have DD533, with Hynix chips - /HB

    Shuttle AN35N Ultra

it only has 2,7v at the most

maybe CH-5 the best option ???...., seeing the low voltage for the memory of mainboard

    samsung ? micron ?

I'd go with the WinBond CH-5s, rather than Samsung or Micron because you can get tighter timings for that nForce chipset.
