Anybody tried the BetaKing versions and have good results?
Gone try them in a minute. Well just d1.0 really.
Read some bad things about d2.1 so i'm not sure if d2.2 will do me good.

You haven't been sitting still have you TicTac!

I flashed the new NF7D-22Betaking bios this morning.

So far i've gotten to 10x228 no errors in memtest86, anything over this locks up memtest86. w/Cpu interface on.
It will post at 10x230, have not tried to go higher.

Wire modded back to 266 on my 2800 barton.

My high before was 10x223 on Abit's D18 bios.

Still testing will see how it goes.

    So far i like it.

Hey tictac, this is excellent work your doing.
Just want you to know that it is very appreciated.

    Please keep these bios's coming.

Okay, since I've just rescued my corrupted bios and have got a backup bios chip in the process, I might give some of these beta bioses a try as well... maybe even tonight.

So far, my main concern has been 3D instability over 218 fsb, I would be in awe of any bios, which would stabilize that.

    too busy to overclock

TicTac, is the S-ATA fix also 'build' into your d1.0 versions?
I'm thinking of going S-ATA RAID soon, but i'd like to be able to test around with your bios versions.
If not is it possible for you to mod a version of bios d1.0 with the S-ATA fix? Or is that a lot of work?

p.s. Too bad the d1.0 with a FSB of over 250Mhz within the bios didn't work.

p.s.2 (Play Station 2?!?! ) I also like the new layout of BetaKing.

To add in the d2.0 and > bios, even beta, it is possible to get up to 227 or 228 stable and maybe even 230 but more than likely you will crap out with the cpu interface on. I have been down that road a few times and results still consistently bummed. TicTac, your on the right track, to stack that black balled hacked bios of d10's lack. hehe.

RGone, it is time, H2o is in my future, only way to make the sys fly like the wind. Just make sure you fluff yerself downwind. hehe. I tell you though, these timings from N-f'n-vidia are extremely way to dynamic. I don't think even n-f'n-vidia even knows what they have created. 270 is very promising to hear though. Keep it up gents.

I would like to see lower multies with higher bandwidth like what they did with the dfi. I was testing some ram out for pc ice last night, he brought over some mushkin pc4000. I tested it on the 10beta2bios and got it to 270 dual channel and 260 single channel.

    i'm not sure bout d10...

but dat D22 beta king base on dat report by my beta tester

he run on 236MHz multiplier 9.5 timing 2-2-2-11

mem bandwith does increase than original D22

base on this statistic all betas gain 100Mb bandwith than original D22 bios

beta king gain 130Mb than original D22

Does the Beta King use the SATA BIOS from the stock D22? Or does it use the SATA BIOS that Equito uses? I'm using Equito's modded D21 right now... since the Abit D21 BIOS seems to not allow people with SATA RAID to boot their machine.
