Block (artifacts) appearing on my bootscreens and beyond HELP!!

I went inside my case to adjust my enheim water pump and im not sure what happened but al of a sudden i got these blocks, or artifacts all over my screen. I tried to reboot but they even appeared on the boot screens. When i first ordered my ATi 9800 pro (256DDR2) card the same thing happened and people told me it was faulty memory. So i had returned the card and got a new one, plugged it in and all was well.

I have pulled the card and reseated it but nothing changed it stil produced blocks.

This was a sapphire card, do i contact ATi for fixing the card or should i contact Sapphire for the repairs? Oh and i had fitted the card with a zahlman heatpipe will that void my warrenty? I still have the original cheezy fan/aluminum cooler that came with my card i probably should remount that anyway huh?

make sure theres no water drips on your card. Also, check the zalmans mounting, you may have inched something loose. If you plan on RMA, you have to reinstall the factory HSF and I hope you didnt remove the shim!
