    It works just fine on the 755-A

    I can set all the memory timings now manually .
    My Samsung PC3200 CAS3 is now running at CAS2.5-4-4-8 at 232MHz.

    so the current ECS mobo would be ok with this new bios? ok in terms of being able to run 200mhz fsb..looks like Killeroy is im just clarifying.

    I'm still holding my breath somewhat as I have not been able to reliably run double sided 512MB sticks yet (Samsung PC3200 and Twinmos PC3200 CH-5).

    256 MB single sided seem to run very well at 200 MHz. DOuble sided 256MB sticks also work.

    im soooooooooo thinking of just getting that ecs board. but im worried about my ram not working i ordered kingston hyperx 500mhz rated stuff..wonder if that would work ok with new bios and at 200mhz?

    BTW:


    Too bad the floppy disk stops working at 250MHz FSB. I hope that is fixed on the 755-A2
    Now I need to go and burn the .ISO of memtest86+...

    Maximus[X-D] do you have a 2nd sys thats got the ecs board? sorry if im being annoying just trying to be smart. only thing i need now is mobo and im doing lots of research, owners opinions and such.
