    Um, I think It has to do with L12 on the cpu, What that actually does, I haven't a clue, But I'll ask ggogle and see.

    Well here It is.

    This mod is mainly to make easier to reach higher fsb on Nforce2 Ultra 400's.

    Basically, mobile's are identified as 133fsb chips by bios. The bios sets different parameters depending on whether the detected chip is 133 or 166/200 fsb. By changing the L12 bridges you can change the default fsb sensing of the mobile, and the 166/200 parameters may allow high fsb's to be acheived.
    It's the same deal for T-bred cpu's, which have a 133 default fsb. This won't effect normal desktop Bartons as they are 166 or 200fsb by default.
