Shake the desk and if your tower doesn't topple over, then it's stable.

just tested my 2600 mobile (AQYHA 0346 XPMW) and i got it at 210x11=2310mhz @ 1.625V prime stable. pretty happy because now i can finally put the side door on my case without the damn thing overheating. temps are 47oC CPU and 33oC case. haven't tried any high voltages because i don't have proper cooling...but i'm still very happy

Can someone please tell me what I can do to get stable beyond 200FSB with this set up:

    CPU: AMD Mobile XP2600+ 2.5Ghz (12.5x200), 1.725 Volts, 46c L/52c H Prime95 stable, IQYHA
    MOBO: ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe 2.0 (UberBios 1008) w/Fan added to N-Bidge
HS/Fan: OCZ Gladiator 3 w/Led Fan & Artic Silver Ceramique
    RAM: Corsair XMS TWINX512-3200C2PT (2x256MB) DDR400 5-3-2-2

I've tried every setting possible, and it will run but Prime95 fails in the first test on anything above 200FSB regardless of the multiplier, Vcore, RAM, or any other setting. It's like a freaking brick wall. Because my multiplier only reaches 12.5, I can only get above 2.5Ghz with a higher FSB. At 200 FSB is solid at 202 FSB it craps out. What the hell? If the board can't do it, why is it an option?

Anyway, a solid 2.5Ghz is what I get for my Mobile 2600+
    AMD Mobile XP2600+ 2.5Ghz (12.5x200), 1.75 Volts, 45c idle/51c Prime95 stable/ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe (Bios 1013)/OCZ Gladiator 3 Artic Silver/1 Gig KMax SuperRAM 3200/FX5900 Flashed.

I used to have stability problems when using anything over 200FSB, until I did the wire trick to set the default FSB to 166Mhz. Now I can run 218 FSB stable using 11-2-2-2 timings.
