Smile Hello Gents, Glad to have found you

I have been looking for a forum where there were actually AN35N overclockers and finally I found you!

I have a AN35N-Ultra with a 2100+ tbred b right now running at 194x11 at 1.675 vcore and I really like it. I can go higher but I have cheap ram holding me back but that's alright as this is in my Mame arcade cab.

My question is I have another AN35N Ultra ordered from Newegg along with a new mobile 2400+ that will be my everyday desktop computer along with a new TT 480watt Power supply and next comes memory and I was curious has anyone found a certain brand of memory these boards don't like?

I have heard that Geil doesn't play to nice with most nforce2 boards and to stay away from it. I thought about corsair or OCZ but it also seems people are getting good luck out of Buffalo PC3200 CH-5 memory too. Anyone know about these boards and TwinMos?

Thanks Guys and it's nice to find you

Yes Buffalo or Muskin are the best on these boards.

I am using Corsair Twin-X PC 3200 and it is holding me back from OCing my fsb above 202. If you go with Corsair make sure it is the sticks that are above PC3200 like PC 3500 or PC4000. The nice thing about the mobile chips is that if you can't get a good OC going fsb only you have the ratio option or of course both at same time!

    Hope this helps!

Does it really need it? Maybe that's what's holding me back... last time I reached in there it didn't even feel warm, though the Southbridge used to be very warm at 215 until I put a 120mm fan blowing right onto it from the front of the case
