A little news for ya!

You guys all had fun when I recently went to Disneyland and I appreciate all the help we give each other in here. It's a spirit of sincere help that you ALL give that makes this a special forum.
So, as a heads up...I'm going to be out of commission for a few days this week through the weekend. It seems UB has ridden his body hard and it's catching up with him. I am going into surgery for my neck this Thursday afternoon. The disk in my spine (called C6, the lowest neck joint) has ruptured and my left arm has gone numb. While the surgeon pointed out I still had one good arm left, I decided to go ahead and get this fixed now! All those years of hard motorcycle riding, falling off barstools, jumping out of second story windows because some gal's boyfriend suddenly came home...etc (you get the picture, huh?) well it's all caught up with me. The doctor looked at the MRI and said I was "a train wreck". Sheesh......no bedside manner whatsoever. So, Ive been on pain meds for a week or so waiting an outcome and here it comes, thank God! The good news is that when I recover I'll be just as ornery as before.

Ok, before I get all teary eyed and mushy, let it be known, I appreciate all you folks in here and look forward to being back real soon. I count on you to help out as we make this little corner of PCPerspective Forums a great place to hang out.

Hopefully you'll be fully recovered by the time I figure out how to hook up the 7NIL1 (the scrapped one ) and a 7NIF2 that came in the mail today!! Until then I'll pick on thewizard1785 & Trollby_IRON!!
