Go to the official abit site and download the latest bios for your motherboard. Make a bootable floppy in windows and then copy the contents of the abit bios onto the floppy and reboot and boot from the floppy. At he A:\ prompt type runme.bat

Sam I presume the same process can be done with a CD instead of a floppy for those who no longer run floppy's (i.e. myself).

I'm really pissed at myself for loosing/misplacing numerious bios mods from Tictac and Merlin, now all the links are dead and I cannot find the bios files now that I have decided to finally set up a Sata RAID array on this mobo. I dont even know if SATA will work nevermind RAID with the bios version I am currently running

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I was playing around with my Abit NF7-S v1.2 in my old rig and wondered if any of the bios on this page is for v1.2, or will they only work with v2.0

maxmodder no those are most likely for 2.0 boards. as far as i know tictac use to have a web forum back in 2005 - 2006 and probably has moved on to different things by now

This is all I was able to find on my webby from back in the day (i believe this is all NF7 based):
