Renewed my TWC "promotional package" for the next 12 months and was able to work in an upgrade from 20/20 to 30/5. Fastest I've had to date.

att sucks, supposed fiber, really ipdsl.
Changing back to 75 meg cable and real fiber backboe next week.

I was having a SLOW night that time, this is closser to average, and I can peak at 13-14 or so, but my ul is SOOOOOOOOO low.
