it is possible you have problem with your PSU, or more importantly an intermittent short on the system.

once your system was working for 4 hours.. since the machine was turned on for those four hours (since it was first turned on, not since that 4 hour uptime was finished) did you knock or move the computer? IF so, you may have a short, otherwise, perhaps its time to look at another PSU.
